When wanting to book a destination wedding and hair makeup artist, there’s no fixed price. While all of our hair and makeup artists have extensive experience in helping with logistics and travelling to your venue, the prices vary for destination makeup. Therefore, you should contact us before your wedding, so we can provide you with a quotation.
Our costs are based on the wedding size of your party needing our services and your wedding destination. We’re also happy to amend our bookings to your requirements, with enough notice from you.
We’re happy to arrange our own travel and accommodation (as long as you give us prior approval beforehand). Moreover, we also base our charges on the following:
- Travel expenses to the airport, train station, port and parking costs.
- Accommodation in the UK the night before travel if the flight, train or ferry require an early departure. The accommodation should meet a minimum 3-star standard; team members will share twin rooms.
- Return flights, including checked-in luggage.
- Accommodation at the destination for the wedding, the accommodation should pass a minimum 3-star standard, and team members will share twin rooms.
- Travel expenses while at the destination.
- Subsistence allowance for every 24 hours spent away from home.

Then based on this information, we will provide you with a quotation, the number of artists needed and optional add-ons. If you’d like to go ahead with the cost, then a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upfront, which will be deducted from the final balance, and then a confirmation booking will be sent.

Trials can work depending on where you’re located. Most of the time, our trials normally happen in London, four months before the wedding, but it can be sooner if you’re not in Europe. We do also provide an option of having a trial in the country you’re getting married in if that’s more convenient for you.
